ACC is a cashless facility. Cash will ONLY be accepted at the box office. All other points (concessions, parking, etc.) will only accept cashless payment options. 

Bag Policy:

• No spectator bags or backpacks are permitted except for 1 small clear bag per person no larger than 12x12x6 (size of a one-gallon freezer bag) or 1 small clutch no larger than 9x5x2. 

• Bags, backpacks, large purses, etc. are no longer permitted with the exception of bags carried for medical reasons or manufactured diaper bags that accompany infants and young children. 

• Athlete & Coach bags entering through the athlete/coach entrance will be allowed. 

• JAMZ is committed to providing a safe and secure environment for all patrons. Guests should plan their arrival accordingly to allow ample time for the screening process. Please refer to venue website for a comprehensive list of what is allowable.
